Riverside/Avondale Historic District·After doing CrossFit since 2015, including through my pregnancy, I’ve realized that my fitness needs are evolving as I turn 35. While CrossFit significantly improved my health, my body can no longer sustain its high-impact regime. I recently tried Zumba and Body Pump, which completely shifted my perspective on strength and endurance. I highly recommend these classes to anyone seeking low-impact, high-intensity training that offers a fresh mental and physical challenge.
