WARMING THE CROWD UP AT THE ANNUAL HUBBARD HOUSE WALK IN JACKSONVILLE, FL

I am a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor since June 2007, and Zumba Fitness is my passion!  The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!  My battle cry is "Fitness + Fun = RESULTS!  I am currently licensed to teach Zumba Fitness, STRONG Nation™, Strong with Weights, Strong Coach, Zumba Gold®, and CIRCL Mobility.  In addition, I am  a licensed Les Mills Body Pump instructor since 1998, as well as licensed to teach Silver Sneakers classes for seniors.  

In addition to my regular scheduled classes I am available for outside events.  I have done the warm up for Hubbard House's annual Walk on several occasions, and currently teach Chair Zumba classes for Conviva Care Center.  I am also available for Team Building and other private events.
